Yum
Here’s a delicious and super easy-to-make vegan 2-ingredient fudge recipe for coconut and chocolate lovers. The best part is that it doesn’t require cooking.
The two ingredients that you need are your favorite dark chocolate and some coconut cream from the top of a refrigerated can of coconut milk.
I added a third ingredient which is desiccated coconut for decoration, but that’s optional. You can leave it plain or decorate with chopped nuts.
My chocolate was already sweet, so I didn’t have to add another sweetener.
I was able to make 8 bars.
This fudge not only tastes amazing, but it also melts in your mouth! It quickly became one of my favorite raw desserts.
Ingredients
- 50 g (1.75 oz.) of dark chocolate (vegan)
- 2 tablespoons of coconut cream
- Optional: Desiccated coconut for decoration
Instruction
Melt the chocolate. If you melt it in the microwave, stir it every 10-15 seconds because you can burn it.
Add the coconut cream to the chocolate and mix them well.
Pour the mixture into a small container or molds.
Decorate with desiccated coconut and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
My molds were big, so I cut my bars in half once they had hardened.
Enjoy! 🙂
