4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge

Jump to recipe

Yum

Here’s a delicious and super easy-to-make recipe for peanut butter fudge.

It’s also vegan and requires no cooking. If you want to make your own peanut butter, check my recipe here.

I added some chocolate and swirled a toothpick around to achieve this beautiful marble effect. I think the final result looks pretty good and this delicious fudge is a great and easy treat for Valentine’s Day, especially if your significant other loves peanut butter and chocolate. You can use any other nut butter you like, or you can add some white chocolate. Also, you can even try drawing some hearts with the chocolate.

This fudge is very satisfying, so I poured it in a small plastic box, but you can also use silicone molds.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa butter
  • 4 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar (or other sweetener of your choice)
  • 1 row of chocolate or 20 g / 0.7 oz of chocolate chips (vegan)

Directions

Melt the cocoa butter, add the sugar and mix well.

Then, add the nut butter and mix again.

Pour the mixture into the container you chose. Since I used a plastic box, I covered it with plastic wrap in order take out the fudge easily.

Melt the chocolate and pour it in a very thin stream all over the peanut butter mixture. Take a toothpick and swirl it around.

Put the fudge in the freezer for a few hours or until it hardens completely. Cut it and enjoy!

I can’t describe the amazing flavor and taste it has!

  1. Thank you for sharing; these look delicious! I have one question related to the ingredients. How much is a ‘row’ of chocolate?

    Thanks again…Barry

    1. Thank you, Barry! It’s about 20 g or 1/5 of a 100 g bar. You just need a little chocolate to create this effect. 🙂

  2. Hi, Love this recipe! But I was wondering if normal butter could be used also?

    1. Hi Nikita, thank you so much! Unfortunately, I haven’t tried it but I think it might work. You could try making a small portion to test it out. If it’s not firm enough, you can use it as a spread. Let me know how it turned out if you decide to try it. 🙂
