Here’s a very simple and quick recipe for healthy raw vegan granola bars.
In order to balance the oils from the nuts and seeds, I decided to add some rolled oats and dried fruit, but that’s optional. I made them with honey, but you can use maple syrup as a vegan option.
I also decided to add some desiccated coconut and some coconut flakes.
You can use only coconut oil, but I decided to mix coconut oil with some tahini (you can use another nut butter you may have).
These bars are delicious, nutritious and very easy to make.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of tahini
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey
- 1 cup of oats, desiccated coconut, nuts, seeds and dried fruit of your choice
Directions
Melt the coconut oil, add the honey and the tahini and mix them well. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix again and transfer the mixture into a small container or tray (I used my 16×10 cm / 6×4 inches container).
Refrigerate overnight and enjoy! 🙂
