4-Ingredient Banana Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Jump to recipe

Yum

Here’s another lovely vegan cookie recipe which requires only 4 ingredients. Actually, if you don’t want the chocolate, it’s just a 3-ingredient recipe.

The three ingredients are banana, peanut butter and oat flour. As you already know from my previous recipes, this recipe works with just bananas and oats, but I think that the peanut butter makes them even more special. However, if you don’t like chewy and moist cookies, this may not be the perfect recipe for you.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3-4 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 cup of oat flour
  • 1/3 cup of chopped chocolate

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Mash the banana and mix it with the peanut butter. Add the oats and mix again. Lastly, add the chopped chocolate or some chocolate chips, and mix one more time.

Put parchment paper on your baking tray. Then, carefully scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the tray and flatten them a bit. Bake for about 15 minutes.

Enjoy! 🙂

  1. I tried it, it was really good! I missed the step to flatten them out a bit, I ended up with cookie balls instead. And I had no oat flour so I used soy flour, it also works. Thanks for this!

    1. Thank you so much for taking the time to give this feedback! 🙂 I’m glad you liked the cookies! I’ve never used soy flour, maybe I should give it a try. Have a wonderful week! 🙂
