Vegan Easter Nests

Jump to recipe

Yum

Here’s a delicious and easy-to-make Easter dessert idea. These nests are yummy and nutritious, and you can fill them with anything you want. The easiest way is to put a few almonds or Brazil nuts that resemble eggs. However, you can fill them with jam, cream or melted chocolate, too.

I used whole oats to make my nests a little bit more rustic, but you can use coconut flakes instead. I added some nuts, nut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, cocoa powder and some seeds.

If you want to make the eggs a little bit fancier, you can make some small egg-shaped coconut flour truffles.

This simple dessert is suitable for a vegan or a plant-based diet.

Happy Easter!
