Raw Vegan Chocolate Pudding
Here’s a recipe for a very easy to make chocolate pudding that requires no cooking and consists of only 3 main ingredients. It is perfect for a vegan diet or for everyone who is craving some chocolate, but also wants to eat healthy.
For 1-2 portions you need
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ ripe avocado
- 1-2 teaspoons of cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- Flavor of your choice – vanilla extract or cinnamon
- Nuts or coconut flakes for decoration
Mash the banana and the avocado by hand or use a food processor for a better consistency. Add the cocoa powder and mix everything well until it looks just like real chocolate pudding. You don’t need any sweetener, since bananas are sweet enough. You can add some chia seeds and then let the pudding sit for 20-30 minutes. And that’s all! Easy and delicious; eat straight or let it chill in the refrigerator.
