2-Ingredient Chia And Milk Pudding

Here’s a recipe for the easiest pudding to make in the world. Healthy, vegan, dairy-free and delicious! Requires no cooking and is great to make with your kids.

 

For one pudding you need

  • 1 cup of vegetable milk of your choice (coconut milk, almond milk, etc.)
  • 1-2 teaspoons of chia seeds
  • Imagination

Preparation

Just soak your chia seeds in the milk and let them sit for at least half an hour. The milk will become thicker and creamy, since chia seeds are able to absorb 10 times their weight. You can add some flavor to the milk by adding cocoa powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, honey or any sweetener of your choice.
Some people let the chia seeds soak overnight, but there’s not much of a difference after 30-40 minutes. You can garnish them with whatever you want: fruits, dried fruits, jam or nuts.
