Delicious Vegan Gluten-Free Cookies

Yum

Here’s another vegan recipe that tastes just as good as the regular version. Today we are making gluten-free oat chocolate chip cookies. If you want to make them even more interesting, add chopped nuts and dried fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oat flour
  • 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of plant-based milk of your choice (or dairy milk if you are not vegan)
  • 3 tablespoons of peanut butter (or any other type of nut butter)
  • Chocolate chips or chopped chocolate, dried fruit and nuts

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Add the sugar to the milk and mix them thoroughly. Then, add the peanut butter and after everything is well combined, add the oat flour and mix again. The mixture is quite thick.

Lastly, add the chopped chocolate, dried fruit and nuts.

Put parchment paper on your baking tray. Then, make balls out of the mixture, put them on the tray and flatten them a bit. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until hard and golden.

Enjoy! 🙂

  1. These look so delicious! I have to make them for my Mom! She is gluten and dairy intolerant! Thanks for idea!

    1. Thank you very much, Beth! 🙂 Make sure you use gluten-free oats, since they are often cross-contaminated.
