Delicious Coconut Almond Cookies – 3 Ways

Jump to recipe

Here are three simple ways to make delicious coconut almond cookies. These cookies are easy to make and don’t require many ingredients. Also, they can be adjusted to everyone’s preferences. You can fill them with chocolate, jam, or leave them plain. They’d be just as delicious! That’s why I think they are perfect for Valentine’s Day and I’m sure that everyone will love them!

What’s more, these cookies are gluten-free and dairy-free. I usually use baking powder to make them, but you can make them paleo-friendly by simply using baking soda.

If you decide to try this simple and yummy recipe, let me know how it turned out for you. Also, don’t forget to tell me which version is your favorite! I love all of them, but the thumbprint version with cherry jam is my personal favorite. Recently, I made flourless cherry brownies. Check out the recipe here.

  1. I love almond cookies and adding coconut to it is even better! These look delicious. I need to try out the thumbprint cookie version ASAP.

    1. Thank you so much, Julie! I love the combination of almonds and coconut, but you can always use your favorite nuts. 🙂
