Today I’m going to share with you an extremely easy recipe for a healthy and delicious chocolate mousse, which is great for both vegans and non-vegans.
For one serving you need:
- 1 small ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- Sweetener of your choice (honey, maple syrup, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons of milk (you can use dairy or any non-dairy milk, like almond milk, coconut milk, etc.)
- Vanilla extract
Simply put all ingredients in the food processor and mix them well. You can also mash the avocado by hand and add the other ingredients, but it will take more time and effort (and there may be some chunks). That’s all, enjoy and share the recipe if you like it! 🙂
