Simple Oat Crepes Recipe


This is not only a dessert, but a great snack in general, since you can serve it either with something sweet like jam, whipped cream or chocolate, or fill it with cheese, ham and anything you like. The best part is it requires only 3 ingredients.



  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of oat flour or grounded oats
  • 1 cup of milk of your choice


  • Pinch of salt and pinch of sugar – for better taste
  • Cinnamon, cacao or cocoa powder and sweetener of your choice – if you want to make sweet crepes



Mix all ingredients well using a fork or a stirrer. You can also use a blender if you prefer, but that’s up to you.

Your mixture should be relatively liquid. Pour a thin layer onto a non-stick or greased pan. When bubbles start appearing, carefully flip the crepe and cook the other side.



In my opinion, they taste much better than regular crepes and are a lot easier to make.
