Probably most of you know that bananas are a great egg replacer in baked recipes, but did you know that you can use chia seeds as an egg replacement as well?

- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons of water
- Grind the chia seeds in a food processor or blender. Then add the water to the chia powder and blend the mixture again.
