Here’s a delicious coconut macaroon recipe that doesn’t require cooking or baking. These yummy macaroons are not only easy to make, but they are perfect for a vegan or gluten-free diet.
However, if you are trying to avoid fats, even healthy fats from nuts, seeds and coconut, this may not be the best recipe for you.
You can use any nut or seed butter you like to make these treats. I often use tahini, but they would be great with almond butter too.
You can decorate them with nuts, dried fruit or chocolate, or just leave them plain. You can also shape them into balls instead.
