Here’s a delicious raw vegan orange truffle recipe. These yummy truffles are enriched with my favorite cacao butter and coconut flavor.
I used both coconut flour and desiccated coconut, but you can use just any one of the two. Make sure you don’t put too much coconut flour because it absorbs liquids differently than desiccated coconut and your truffles may end up being too dry.
This recipe is perfect for those who prefer lighter and more modest treats. If you want to make these orange truffles extra special, you can dip them in some melted chocolate. They would be great with some white chocolate.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cacao butter
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 5 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons cashew butter
- Maple syrup to taste
- 3-4 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut (optional)
- Orange zest
Instructions
- Melt the cacao butter and add coconut oil, cashew butter, maple syrup and orange juice.
- After you mix the wet ingredients, add orange zest and desiccated coconut.
- Start adding the coconut flour and keep mixing until you have a homogenous mixture.
- Shape truffles out of the mixture and put them in the fridge for a few hours until they set completely.
- Enjoy!
