Here are a few delicious dessert ideas for St. Patrick’s Day. There’s nothing easier than making a yummy green treat. Just add a little bit of matcha powder or spirulina to your favorite dessert recipe.
Here are two delicious ideas for green truffles. The first one is made with matcha powder, and the other recipe is made with spirulina.
Add a little bit of matcha powder to your favourite cookie recipe, or check out my delicious vegan gluten-free matcha and coconut cookies. In the original post, I shaped them like Christmas trees, but you can choose any shape.
Green Muffins Or Cupcakes
Again, you can add a little bit of matcha or spirulina to your favorite muffin mixture. I have a vegan spirulina muffin recipe here.
You can also top your favorite cupcakes with green matcha coconut cream. In my opinion, this frosting would also be great on top of some delicious brownies. I personally love the combination of chocolate and matcha.
Similarly, you can make pancakes or cake.
Matcha Ice Cream
Another combination that I love is matcha and coconut. A pinch of matcha powder will make this homemade vegan Bounty ice cream even more amazing.
Kiwi Chia Pudding
You can also make a delicious matcha chia pudding. Here’s a basic chia pudding recipe, just add some matcha powder and top with chopped kiwi or chocolate sauce. Yum!
